First draw an outline of hair, or basic shape of hair.
Then draw front side of hairs with big and small sized shapes.
Then draw outline of hairs
Draw some highlighted part of hair
Now make some lines thicker and thinner in front portion.
Now add some detailed lines on hair and you are done!
