During my morning ritual of black coffee and RSS reading I happen to come across a service called Screenr. A site designed to create instant screencasts of your computer to use on Twitter. But I see the potential it has for an artist to create simple, fast, and easy videos to promote themselves and their work. In the 1st one I created below I used it to highlight a piece of my work. It could also be used to create instruction videos or how-to type videos. It has its limitations but what it lacks in function it makes up for in easy of use.

How will you use Screenr to promote your work? If you do try it please do share with a link in the comments.

Live to Create,
